On 5 October 2025, a powerful moment in God’s divine plan became a reality as Jesus Is the Light of the World Ministry officially opened its doors for the very first time in Vanderbijlpark.
What began as a dream in 2016 — when the name of the ministry was revealed to Pastor Mmbudzeni Moses Mukuni — has now become a living testimony of obedience, faith, and God’s perfect timing. After years of prayer, preparation, and surrender to the calling, Pastor Moses stepped fully into leadership in 2025, and the ministry was established according to God’s purpose.
The opening service was a sacred and joyful gathering, marked by prayer, worship, and the proclamation of the Word of God. It was a day filled with gratitude, hope, and expectation for what the Lord will continue to do through this ministry.
Jesus Is the Light of the World Ministry stands firmly on the foundation of John 8:12:
“Jesus is the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.”
This ministry exists to shine the light of Jesus Christ in Vanderbijlpark and beyond — bringing spiritual growth, transformation, and the love of Christ to families, children, and the community.
